District 9 Team Member Spotlight

Roxanne Holloway, Academic Policy Lead

Throughout Roxanne’s 30-year career she has held multiple school instructional and leadership positions, which include classroom teacher, literacy staff developer, instructional support, mentor, library media specialist, budget coordinator, Assistant Principal and, currently, Academic Policy, Performance and Assessment Lead.

She is motivated to support and collaborate on creating the conditions in schools, which allow each member of the school community to actualize their individual and collective potential. She believes that through fairness, compassion, respect, and accountability, we can stimulate and motivate each other to grow and strive to reach one’s maximum potential and achieve individual goals.

On a personal note, Roxanne is a proud born and bred Bronxite who loves her family, traveling and making people happy with home baked goodies!
