Our District 9 meetings will be held virtually but some will be in-person meetings, as well. Below are the meeting schedules for the Presidents Council Meetings, District 9 Business and Calendar Meetings and District9 Leadership Meetings. The schedules below, which can be downloaded, saved and printed contain links to meetings that will be held virtually.
District 9 March dates:
- Wednesday, March 2, 2022 - Evening parent-teacher conferences for elementary schools and K–8 schools.
- Thursday, March 3, 2022 - Afternoon parent-teacher conferences for elementary schools and K–8 schools.
- Wednesday, March 9, 2022 - Evening parent-teacher conferences for middle schools and district 75 schools and programs.
- Thursday, March 10, 2022 - Afternoon parent-teacher conferences for middle schools and district 75 schools and programs.
- Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 9:00am - Coffee with Superintendent Harry Sherman
- Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 5:30pm - Community Education Council District 9 meeting
- Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 10:00am - District 9 Presidents' Council meeting
- Wednesday, March 16, 2022 - Evening parent-teacher conferences for high schools, K–12, and 6–12 schools.
- Thursday, March 17, 2022 - District Leadership Team meeting by invite only
- Friday, March 18, 2022 - Afternoon parent-teacher conferences for high schools, K–12, and 6–12 schools.
- Tuesday, March 29 to Thursday, March 31, 2022 - 3–8 English Language Arts Assessment administration.

Interpretation services when available will be in Spanish.
Meetings that are recorded will be posted online so that school communities may access them at any time. Interpretation services will be available at every meeting.
